Orders received before 2pm are dispatched the same day (business day). Orders received after 2pm are dispatched the following (business) day.

Customers from Australia have the option to choose between regular Australia Post and Express Post.

International purchases will be shipped Express.

Express Shipping is received within 1 - 2 business days.

Regular Shipping is received within 2 - 14 days depending on location.

All orders will be send with a tracking number. The tracking number will be emailed to you once the order is complete.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All products are inspected for defects before they are shipped to you. If you receive your item and believe you are eligible for a refund or exchange we require you to send your item to us within 5 days of original receipt. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In some cases we are happy to receive a photo of the fault instead of requiring a return of the faulty item.
We regret we don’t offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind purchases.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
